Pricing
One flat price per firm — not per file, not per feature. Pay monthly, or yearly and get 2 months free. AI and text-messaging usage is metered at published rates, so you only pay for what your firm actually uses.

A seat is one login — attorney or staff. Every seat gets the full platform; there are no per-role tiers.
Or price it by seats

Meet Second Chair Law Warfare AI™
Every trial lawyer knows what a great second chair does: reads everything, remembers everything, drafts fast, and never speaks out of turn. That’s what we built — an AI that sits inside your practice, not in another browser tab.
Reads everything. Remembers what matters.
Hand it a police report, a contract, a stack of discovery, a medical record — Second Chair Law Warfare AI™ reads it, summarizes it, flags the dates and deadlines, and files its work-up to the client’s documents, naming what it read. Ask it a question about any matter and it answers from your file, not the internet.
Drafts the first pass
Demand letters, client updates, engagement letters, replies to a client’s text or email thread — drafted from your firm’s own templates and the facts already in the matter file, not from a blank page and not from someone else’s form book. Anything it can’t verify in the file stays bracketed for you.
Argues the other side
Ask it to attack your own draft. Second Chair Law Warfare AI™ will take opposing counsel’s chair on request — poke the holes, find the weak spots, flag the fact you’re hoping nobody notices. Run it before you send, not after you lose.
Works the front door
On your website 24/7: it answers questions about the firm, qualifies real legal matters, and walks visitors to a consultation request — so Monday morning starts with booked consults, not voicemail.
Takes dictation
Dictate case notes from any device, record client meetings — Second Chair Law Warfare AI™ transcribes them straight into the file.
Follows YOUR standing orders
Your firm’s protocols ride along with every single task — how you cite, what you never promise, how your firm speaks. Second Chair Law Warfare AI™ follows your rules, per practice area.
What it won’t do
We’d rather tell you this now than have you find out at a hearing.
It doesn’t practice law
Second Chair Law Warfare AI™ drafts, organizes, analyzes, and flags. It does not advise clients, it never sends anything on its own, and nothing it produces is legal advice until an attorney reviews it and adopts it. You remain the lawyer of record, and the judgment is yours.
It can be wrong
Language models make mistakes — misread a date, misattribute a quote. That’s why every work-up names the documents it read, every action is logged to the client’s timeline, and every draft waits for a lawyer. Check the work. The platform is built to make checking fast, not to make checking unnecessary.
It doesn’t guarantee outcomes
No software wins your case. This one gives you more time to work it and fewer places to get surprised.
It doesn’t train on your files
Client and matter data stays inside your firm’s own installation and is never used to train any AI model — ours or anyone else’s. First chair is, and stays, you.
Usage rates
- Second Chair Law Warfare AI™ AI (standard models): $4.95 / million input tokens, $24.75 / million output tokens
- Second Chair Law Warfare AI™ AI (premium models): $8.25 / million input tokens, $41.25 / million output tokens
- Text messages: 1.65¢ per outbound segment, 1.24¢ inbound
- Audio transcription: about 0.99¢ per minute
What’s a segment? Text messages are billed the way phone carriers count them: one segment is a standard text of up to 160 characters. Longer messages are split by the carrier into multiple segments (153 characters each), and texts containing emoji or special symbols fit fewer characters per segment (70) — so one long or emoji-heavy message may count as two or three segments. Outbound means texts your firm sends — appointment reminders, replies to clients, staff alerts. Inbound means texts your clients send to your firm’s number. Both are metered because carriers charge for both directions.
Every plan includes nightly encrypted backups, updates, and monitoring.
